Let’s learn together

Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2004 with 4 employees and a small office in Minsk.  Since then, we have completed hundreds of projects together.  We have invested in core business and collaboration systems (bug tracking, automated project management, time tracking, document management), built an excellent QA practice, worked out the kinks in our communication.

During its first decade, Warecorp evolved from a purely custom software development shop into a strategic outsourcing and investment partner for a loyal portfolio of clients and secondly as a venture incubator.

  • We supported Minute Clinic as it grew from 30 local Minnesota clinics to over 500 nation-wide.
  • We invested startup software development services in WarmHealth, which led to a successful exit several years later.
  • We supplied a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of software professionals to build a first-of-its-kind educational platform for Sophia.org, winning a 2011 Minnesota Tekne Award and another successful exit. Warecorp continues to be the primary engineering team for Sophia.
  • When Robocast filed patent litigation against Microsoft and Apple in 2010, it turned to Warecorp to jumpstart product development in support of its pioneering work in multi-media playlists and search. Ultimately, Warecorp became an investor and engineering partner as Robocast gained steam in 2014 with favorable settlements and product momentum. We continue to evolve what we think are some of the most creative play-based products on the Web.
  • In 2007, We helped build The UpTake, widely considered to be among the vanguard of new journalism models. Warecorp continued its focus on media and activism in 2009 when it acquired a national network of blogs and turned it into a national news service called TheContributor.com.
  • In 2012, Warecorp brought together a consortium of partners to create DrupalSquad, which provides excellent and affordable Drupal maintenance and support to over 70 customers around the world, including Acquia, MIT, Personal Democracy Forum, AIR, BMW Car Club of America and many more.

If you have an exciting startup or are looking to build a team of dedicated engineers for an existing product or service, let’s talk.
