2nd Swing Golf has retail store locations across the United States providing golfers the ability to buy, sell and trade “pre-swung” clubs. With an inventory of more than 80,000 golf clubs, the organization found themselves needing to modernize.
Issues
2nd Swing was in need of upgrading their IT systems. There were 20+ legacy apps with minimal integration leading to significant manual effort for basic self serve metrics and business operations.
Solution
Warecorp consolidated legacy apps and systems and migrated to a modern system architecture. The message bus and microservices were updated along with new NetSuite ERP and Magento e-commerce systems.
Results
Warecorp helped streamline systems and train employees how to use them leading to improvements in reporting, customer service, inventory, and overall financials.
